Simply the best workout in Edmonton! The best staff, amazing facility, top of the line treadmills, and such a great location! We love Runaway!!
Runaway is amazing! The staff is so kind and wonderful and the workouts will kick your but! Excellent if you’re looking to increase your running speed and push your cardio limits! Would highly recommend you try! They also have an intro pass for you to try! Would recommend to anyone as the workouts can all be tailored to any person!
I got invited by my friend to join a class here. And as a girl who normally doesn’t enjoy HIIT class, this one feels amazing 🤩 afterwards. The space is clean and smells amazing. 🧼 The staffs are friendly and remembers your name🥹🤭 I had my friends come here because it was so good. I love that you can go as hard as you can but also at your own limits🍑🍑 Go try it out!!!
I traded my treadmill for a Peleton many years ago and have suffered with serious sadness all winter long but no more! Cause I found something even better and that is Runaway. I love it here. I feel 100000 more alive after every class. The instructors are top notch, the locker room is spotless and the treadmills are way way better than any gym. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
The environment was so energetic and welcoming, especially for a first-time participant. I normally do not like fitness classes but this was definitely an exception. The quick changes between exercises as well as the variety of movements kept the class fun and the time flew by. Robyn was a great instructor and coach.
