I want to express my sincere gratitude to this clinic for the exceptional care they provided to my cat Tesla. They helped her through a health issue with great professionalism and carefully adjusted her treatment not only to her medical condition, but also to her emotional well-being, which meant a lot to us. The reception staff are very approachable, friendly, and welcoming, which immediately makes you feel at ease when you arrive. Our cat was also seen by the veterinarian very quickly, which we truly appreciated. Overall, the level of care, compassion, and efficiency was outstanding. I've been meaning to write a review for ages, but we have been seeing Dr. Shereen for about 3 years now, and I know it's a cliche, but her and her team are simply the best. Our two dogs absolutely love her and get excited to see the staff there from the moment we pull into the parking lot. She keeps her explanations down to earth, gives lots of options for care, and doesn't try and push expensive procedures. We actually came to her because our previous vet was going to charge us $1700 to get xrays of our pups hips so we came for a second opinion and haven't left. When we thought our dog was suffering from pyometra, they rushed her into surgery at Ambleside instead of sending us to an emergency vet. When our new puppy was picked up, we didn't know he had a UTI and how sick he was all around, Dr. Shereen helped us learn all about his allergies and get him back on track. When my partners childhood cat was passing and their typical vet was closed (on a Sunday), Ambleside got us in that evening. We spent hours saying good-bye to our beloved cat while the team at Ambleside gently guided us through the process with compassion and understanding. This clinic is wonderful to us, and we're so grateful for all the care we've received over the years. THANK YOU!!

Outstanding clinic! As a pet owner for more than 50 years, I've seen the good, the bad, and the ugly. Ambleside staff and Dr. Tony Issac gave Dusty a thorough exam and comprehensive treatment. My son and I were very impressed from the time we walked in the door. Their explanations were thorough and our concerns were all addressed quickly and respectfully. Their prices were more than fair and their genuine concern for Dusty's welfare gave us complete confidence. I'm so delighted to have found a veterinary home for the beloved animals that make my house a home.
