Always 10/10. Dr Caldwell and his assistants are always amazing. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. We have been taking our son there since he got teeth, he is 5 now and he enjoys going as staff make him feel so comfortable. Had his first X-rays and polishing today and Sidney was fabulous. She was incredibly patient and friendly, she put him at ease even with the difficult xray mouth piece. Always a pleasure to go here and makes all the difference for my son, who does not worry about dental appointments because of his positive experiences here.

We had an excellent experience with Dr. Lipon and his surgical team. My daughter underwent treatment that included five crowns and a pulpectomy, and the entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. As a concerned parent, I truly appreciated how smooth and well-organized everything was, which helped put us at ease. The billing process was also seamless, with no issues encountered. Our deposit was promptly refunded once payment was received from both insurance providers. It has now been three months since the procedure, and everything remains in excellent condition. I would highly recommend Dr. Lipon and his team for their professionalism and quality of care Overall we had a great experience.

I'm surprised this place is in business. Daughter had abscess and needed a tooth extraction. We got a referral to this place, and was told they would reach out to make an appointment. 2 weeks later I called to see what was going on. Surprisingly the had lots of appointment space and got us in the next day, they coded the inspection so that it wasn't covered under our benefits and had to be paid out of pocket. We were told the procedure was going to be very expensive and that they would be booking 1-2 months out. We were also told that if the abscess spread, my daughters face would start swelling and to call them if that happened. We were also told that in a few days they would reach out with the quote and to book us in. It has been 30 days now and this business still hasn't reached out with any information. I'm so glad i looked elsewhere and got a second opinion than trusting this place with my daughters dental health. So many other good dr's in the city - don't waste your time here. The place we got our 2nd opinion at had everything covered under our benefits and had the infection dealt with and the tooth out within a week. Crazy to think that its all done and i still haven't heard form this place.

Great location, friendly staff and lots of fun toys/activities for the kids while they are waiting:)

My grandson has had quite a bit of orthodontic work done here. He’s been treated well. The staff worked hard to get the costs covered by NIHB. When that wasn’t successful they gave my daughter a reduced cost and set up a payment plan she could afford. Thank you City Orthodontics.
