My son's orthodontic treatment did not receive appropriate follow up appointments, and the clinic never contacted us to schedule visits. The only information we were given at the initial appointment was the length of treatment and at home adjustment schedule. As a result, his treatment was prolonged unnecessarily. I have since been trying to contact the office to request an assessment of my son's mouth and to understand what went wrong with the follow up scheduling, but I have not received any response. The lack of communication and patient follow up has been disappointing.
The service is fine for the most part but we are tired of having to wait at least 20 minutes from the booked appointment time every single time we visit. They have no flexibility because they are not always at the same location and I prefer to come to Chapelle so appointment options are limited and they are never on time. We have to take time of work to make these appointments work and there seems to be no consideration for our tine which is really annoying. I had to bring in my son for an emergency once and they were banging on me to get to the clinic before they closed from down town but they can never ever keep time. Would really love to give a better review based on the service my kids have received only. But the time thing is really annoying. And we are locked-in until the braces come out.
City Orthodontics has completely changed the way we feel about dental care. My son used to be nervous about appointments, but now he feels excited because of how supportive and kind the staff is. The results of his orthodontic treatment have been incredible, and our whole family is grateful for the care provided.
