Very helpful.. they did a great job . And they live up to their warranty and what they tell you they're going to do . First set of hearing aids they made for me were very uncomfortable and did not work they took him back no questions asked I made a new set and they're great .. Solberg Monalyn was great to deal with . Really knows her stuff

The most amazing help from Lorie Hall at this location is soooo easing to my father's unique situation. She's been so understanding and so cooperative since 2021 and thereafter. I strongly recommend anyone who wants the best hearing aid and the best support people & systems to visit this location and see for yourselves. Thanks Lorie
