Capital City Audiology & Hearing Centre - West Edmonton

My 92 yr old father in law needed hearing aids and this was the place we went to for them. We can't say enough positive things about this company. They were very thorough and patient in fitting him with hearing aids. Ironically, 2 of my friends (one of them I wasn't aware of using hearing aids), went to this same company and on learning my father-in-law went there told me they had a similar positive experience. I don't believe anyone requiring a hearing test and or aids will go wrong using this company. Highly recommended.

This is a great place. Very nice,professional easy to understand staff. The Doctors explain everything so you can understand. Then they help you pick the right hearing aid (if needed)that’s right for you. They listen and make sure you are happy at all times. They are not out to sell things you don’t need. I highly recommend them.

This place is beyond terrific. From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted. The facility is impeccably clean, bright and welcoming. The staff are top notch! Colleen is so kind, patient, helpful, funny, insightful and wonderfully personable. No stress, no pressure just incredible service and equally impressive products.

I've been going here for years for my hearing loss and tinnitus. I get fantastic treatment when I am there for testing, and any maintenance for my hearing aids. I recommended my mother-in-law come up from Red Deer to get her hearing aids because of how great they are. She had a great experience. She has had poor experiences with audiologists in the past, and was blown away by the quality of care. Thank you to everyone who makes these potentially stressful experiences so positive.
