I went in to get a hearing test and custom ear plugs made for work. I didn’t catch the name of the lovely lady that works the front desk, she was kind, efficient and process orientated. Janice was the audiologist I worked with. She explained what she was going to do and ensured I understood what to do, explained the results and kept up the conversation while we were processing molds for the ear plugs. The store front is clean and welcoming, staff were very accommodating. Excited to pick up the ear plugs when they arrive. Thanks Wild Rose Team!

Our experience was outstanding here. All of the staff was amazing with my family. They were wonderful with my daughter. They were very informative, caring and kind. yes The process takes a while but they were amazing here and it really warmed my heart and made our nervousness go down quite a bit.

Receptionist is horrible, doesn’t know how to work their daily payment system. Came here to get my son’s hearing aids for the first time. Making me do all sorts of payment methods. When she could have just took my card details the entire time. I had to do 3 different transactions for no reason. Because she had no clue on what to do. Making me think we would have to leave my child’s hearing aids there. Because of her stupidity I had to rip them out and leave them the first time to go call my bank. Just for them to tell me there’s no issues with my card. A day that was supposed to be happy day and leave with ease. Absolutely embarrassing and took the day away.

I’ve been a client of Wild Rose for 5 years. The owner, Nicuta, and her team are fantastic. I would highly recommend this clinic… would give them 10 stars if I could!

Waste of time. Came for CBT and TRT for my Tinnitus and all they did was offer a hearing aid like noise masker. Therir website is full of misinformation.
