I had an appointment on a Friday morning at the downtown location. Following the test I asked for a copy of the results as my ENT Specialist asked that I bring them for my appointment the following week. The hearing aid practitioner refused to give me my own results. She said that she was going on holidays the following week and would send them to the ENT Specialist that same day. When I arrived for my specialist appointment the following Tuesday, they did not have my test results. I was so mad! The ENT Specialist had to then request the test results from Melody Audiology & Hearing Clinic and I had to wait for over an hour for the results to be sent over and then had to wait longer again before the ENT Specialist could squeeze me in between other appointments, as she was fully booked. To say that I was not happy would be an understatement!
Excellent and cheerful work from Jenny, who went above and beyond in acquiring device for hearing TV and helping me tune it to my hearing aids, as well as great service in all my checkups.
It's my first time to have my hearing test and was concerned what the tests would be.I asked Kiplin right away if it's painful and assured me that it's not.She's wonderful and patiently explained the result & the chart.She was just an absolute nice and kind person.I would totally recommend her.Also,the receptionist is nice as well.Melody staff are pleasant & the place is clean.
They are very kind and welcoming, and assistance is provided very quickly. I thank them for their efforts.
