I cannot recommend my audiologist highly enough. She is the perfect combination of professionalism, knowledge, kindness, and genuine compassion. From the moment you walk through the door, she makes you feel comfortable, listened to, and valued. She never rushes appointments and always takes the time to answer every question thoroughly, ensuring I fully understand my hearing care and treatment options. Her patience, understanding, and attention to detail are truly exceptional. It is rare to find someone who provides such outstanding service while also making each visit feel personal and welcoming. She consistently goes above and beyond for her patients, and it shows in everything she does. If I could give her more than five stars, I absolutely would. She has earned a perfect 10-star rating in my book. I am incredibly grateful for her expertise, dedication, and the excellent care she provides. Thank you Linda!
I brought my father to Acute Hearing for a hearing test and found out he has mild/moderate hearing loss and Linda fitted him with new hearing aids. From start to finish Linda is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Also, Michelle working the front office was very accommodating working with my schedule to get an appointment.
I went with my father to Acute Hearing quite a few times. As someone who requires hearing aid, my dad has high expectations for an audiologist. Linda exceeded his and my expectations. Every time we went, I got more and more impressed with Linda’s professionalism, her knowledge and her patience. Linda is a problem solver and very caring. We are especially grateful for the help she provided to my dad during the pandemic, months after dad purchased the hearing aid. I know we can count on Linda! I would highly recommend Acute Hearing to anyone who needs help.
I am very appreciative of the clinic's help to make the appointment on the same day that I called to accoommodate my travel schedule. The practitioner showed a lot of patience and care to adjust the devices. The visit was a very pleasant experience.
Been going to Linda for more than 4 years. I have a unique hearing problem in that I do not hear on my right ear. Linda provided me with a Phonak CROS/BiCROSS system. Excellent service, always ready to help.Always enjoy my visit.
