Wow, over many years of trying different hearing aid providers and being unhappy with my results (I get a pair every 5 years), Brandon (@Hear Right Canada Londonderry location) is the most thorough and knowledgeable HA Practitioner I have ever met. Happy ears, happy life! I respect him very much! Their receptionist is also very courteous/thorough.

Very friendly people work here. The main receptionist always has a warm smile 😃 when we walk by. Even though my hearing stays the same (which is good), she always makes our day go better!

Very helpful and informative. Brandon dispelled my myths about hearing aids. Took the time to explain and set them up. When I left the office , it was sensory overload! I had no idea what I've been missing all these years. Brandon was recommended by a friend and I would recommend him as well. Thank you.

Brandon is a super personable, well qualified professional, always willing to answer queries and to spend as much time with the customer as is required, despite being very busy. As well, follow up sessions are booked in advance although one could go in as often as is necessary to feel confident with the hearing aids. I would recommend him without question.
