Kim is an excellent technician? Always solves my problems. Adjusts my phone adjusts my hearing AIDS. And most of all, she knows how to get reconnected to the app, because I'm an old guy and I'm challenged, and she just solves the problem. She's not only a sweetheart, she's a professional and also and vicky.As much as I hate to say it, she just loves to take my money.But she's always been very helpful.So I think they deserve some recognition.And maybe a race from the boss .

I have been with them since 2017. The dr changed all the time, and you have to explain each time from the beginning . They were very good, and customer service at the front disk was nice Now i everything changed she has bad body language they don't have patience special with people losses hearing I give thar place 2 starts
