He was professional, very patient, and took the time to explain everything without rushing. Jay also reached out to my family doctor to request an ENT referral for me, which I really appreciated. The booking online is also a bonus. I was able to make an appointment basically next day whereas in other clinics is 3 to 4 weeks wait time. I highly recommend this clinic and team !!
