Dr. Pilling, Brooke and the entire CORE team are amazing! They helped me get rid of my sciatica and lower back pain, and our whole family goes to CORE Wellness. They’re fantastic with young athletes, caring, knowledgeable, and always take the time to help. Highly recommend!

I had such a great experience with Kelsea at Core Wellness! As a first-time mom preparing for birth with pelvic physio, I really appreciated how knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to she was. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything so well. I feel much more prepared and would definitely recommend Kelsea!

I have seen Sydney for Massage and Brooke for Physio and both are absolutely fantastic. I've never done physio before and Brooke explained things really well and helped guide me through the necessary movements and was so easy to talk to. Sydney was able to make me feel better without the pain/soreness I usually get after a massage as well also being so easy to talk to and responsive to my preference for pressure etc. Would highly recommend either or both for your aches and pains!
