I’ve never experienced a wellness clinic like Root 33. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful the moment you walk in but the true heart of the clinic is Dr. Rosh. Her approach is so gentle, thoughtful and different from any chiropractor I’ve seen before. She focuses on the nervous system, stress, healing and whole body wellness not just quick adjustments. What makes Root 33 truly unique is that Dr. Rosh offers the Vemi BioSynchronizer bed which is something incredibly rare and unlike anything else I have experienced in Canada. Honestly it’s hard to put into words until you try it yourself. The combination of the vibration, sound frequencies, warmth and grounding effects make you feel like your body and mind finally slow down and reset. As someone with a busy and stressful life I notice I feel calmer, mentally clearer, deeply relaxed and more balanced after using it. It feels like therapy for the nervous system. You walk out feeling lighter physically and emotionally. The front staff are also so welcoming and kind, which adds to the whole experience. I’m genuinely grateful I found Dr. Rosh and Root 33 it’s not chiropractic care, it is a completely different approach to healing and wellness. Thank you for everything !! Parm B

Had my first in clinic consultation with Dr. Sidhu and had such a positive experience. She is compassionate, articulate and an excellent communicator who put my mind (and body) at ease immediately. The clinic is beautiful, easy to get to and the office staff are also amazing. Can’t wait to start my program.

I had my first visit today at Root 33 with Emma for a massage and followed up with a red light treatment...let me say it was a game changer. The entire experience from the front desk to service was 10/10 top notch. Emma was sweet and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I rebooked before leaving. Highly recommend this new gem in Sherwood Park for your wellness needs.

This clinic, the staff, the Zen! I recently started treatment with Dr. Sidhu and had an amazing experience. I had no idea that a Chiropractic treatment could be such a peaceful experience.
