I am a new patient to Dr. Flim and he has made me feel very comfortable from the get-go. He’s very good at explaining each step of the procedure before actually proceeding. He’s also very sensitive to my wants and needs and makes sure that it’s OK for him to do the procedure. He checks with me that I’m comfortable with everything that’s happening or if there’s anything that he’s doing that I would like him to not do or to change. He’s got a great, fun personality.

Kia Ora is fantastic. I drive an hour each way just to see Dr. Flim, and it is absolutely worth it. My family has been seeing him since 2022, and we have always had positive experiences. He is knowledgeable, caring, and takes the time to listen. I can’t say enough good things about the care we have received. I highly recommend both Dr. Flim and the team at Kia Ora.

I have frequented this place for chiro, massage and acupuncture. When I need it most the staff at Kia Ora is there to assist. Best care, best customer service, best staff. I cannot recommend this place enough. The owner is an incredible human being, well loved by both patients and staff. If your looking to relax, a tune up on your body, or ailing anything you may need this is the place to.go. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
