I can’t recommend Dr. Sedens Sherwood Park Sport and Spine highly enough. What sets Dr. Sedens apart is that he genuinely listens. He takes the time to understand how you’re doing, what you’re feeling, and what your goals are. He doesn’t just create an adjustment plan; he also gives you things you can do at home to help alleviate and prevent whatever you’re dealing with. I’ve had back issues since I was 14 years old, and Dr. Sedens has always offered amazing help and kind, compassionate care. But what truly stands out happened when my back issues led to paralysis. I underwent emergency surgery in the hopes of saving the nerves from permanent damage, and the outlook was bleak. I was told I might never walk again. Through all of it, Dr. Sedens analyzed my reports and gave me something the prognosis hadn’t: genuine hope. He encouraged me and believed my outcome could be better than expected. He was right. I’ve since made a miraculous recovery, and I credit so much of that to his treatment and support. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who combines real expertise with genuine care for his patients, Dr. Sedens is the one. He’s made a lasting difference in my life.

Joshua Sedens ( chiropractor) has changed my life. Nursing for 38 years the wear and tear on my lower back sacral area has caused sciatic pain . Aching and burning from my right lower back all the way to my rt ankle. I would go for steroid shots. A temporary fix of steroid shots for 5 -6 years. It had become so unbearable I decided to try a chiropractor and found Joshua. After 2 visits and following his exercise routine ; I have no pain down my leg at all. Occasionally my sciatic nerve in my butt may flare up, but few exercise and it’s gone. Literally a life changing experience. The young lady massage therapist . I’m so sorryI can’t remember her name; I met her once today and she deserves so much recognition ( (they have a male and a female therapist). My first time going to thr chiropractor, josh was easy to deal with and very professional. The office is super clean and tidy, and welcoming. The receptionist is easy to deal with and super nice!

Excellent experience at SP Sport and Spine! Dr. Wyrostok diagnosed my injury within 10 mins and even after just one visit my knee pain was absolutely gone. Highly recommend you see him if you have a stubborn injury or pain that just won't go away.

I came to visit Dr Joshua's office for chronic mid and lower back pain including the hip bone and thighs.Dr Joshua did an excellent work with all the adjustments. It's just my first visit but I can already feel the difference, I can move better now and my hip and muscles are not stiff anymore. I will surely be back for maintenance and to improve my posture. He even gave me exercises and pointers on how to properly utilise my core muscles. I highly recommend this office (very relaxing).
