Edmonton Animal Hospital

This vet clinic is the best! Everytime I brought Max in, they treated him with care and he always liked the staff. Right up to the end when he crossed the Rainbow bridge. Their support during this hard time was phenomenal. They helped me a lot. I will definitely keep them as my vet and recommend them to anyone that needs their services. Thank you for everything and the support.

I want to recognize the exceptional care and client service I’ve received from my veterinarian, Dr. Basha and his veterinary technician, Dee who care for both of my dogs. Recently, one of my dogs, Angel, who has a heart murmur, began showing signs that her condition was worsening. Dr. Basha and Dee acted quickly and urgently to get her the medication she needed. What I especially appreciated was that they arranged for the prescription to be sent to my closest pharmacy rather than requiring me to make another trip to the veterinary clinic which isn’t located close to me. That thoughtful decision meant I could get her medication much more quickly when she needed it most. Dee then followed up with me after the prescription was issued to let me know that she had faxed it to the pharmacy and that the pharmacy would be contacting me when it was ready. That simple status update meant a lot to me. When you are worried about your beloved pet, knowing that someone is actively following through and keeping you informed provides tremendous reassurance. This experience really demonstrated what client-oriented veterinary care looks like: responsiveness, good communication, compassion, and attention to the details that make a stressful situation easier for the client. I am extremely grateful for the care they provide to both of my dogs and for the genuine thoughtfulness they showed during a particularly frightening moment. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that truly cares about both their patients and the people who love them. ❤️🐾

Dee always provides exceptional customer service. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and has such an uplifting personality. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure every customer leaves with all their questions answered. Her patience, dedication, and kindness genuinely stand out. Dee is an incredible support to the fantastic doctors, Dr. Mohamed and Dr. Basha. The team at Edmonton Animal Hospital consistently provides compassionate and professional care, and it’s always a positive experience visiting the clinic.

Actual fair prices for their services, the staff is super friendly and caring. One of the few vets/animal hospitals that feel like they care about the animal and don’t blame the owner. Seriously recommend this to anyone looking, they stay late to make sure things are done and done properly. Dr. Basha is amazing and helped so much with my cat and her emergency walk-in surgery and after care.

This place is incredible. Everyone here is so incredibly caring and compassionate. I unfortunately had to rush my dog here during an emergency and he passed within moments of arriving. Everyone did what they could to help us, they even rushed us into the room to be with him as he had his final moments. I didn't get her name but the woman who helped us was so wonderful through everything that horrible day. I can't thank everyone here enough for that way they handled the worst moment of our lives. I will be bringing my other dog here for her care now if I am able. Even in the worst day this place left me with such a great impression. Thank you all ♥️
