Dr. Charity Okwuosa is an amazing family physician. My mom and I enjoy our visits with her and feel as though she genuinely cares and listens to us. The front desk staff is very courteous and cooperative. Jamica and Roma and a couple of others(sorry I forgot their names)They always welcome with a smile. All the girls at the front desk are very nice. The doctors are very experienced and very nice particularly Dr. Omor Bhuiyan and Dr Syeda Tahira. The only problem is with phone calls. The management should take steps to improve this issue. The calls are on hold for a very long time and sometimes after a long hold on the call drops. Management should change the phone system to call back option.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Stephen and the entire team. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff makes you feel genuinely welcomed, comfortable, and cared for.
