Innovation Physical Therapy Belvedere

I was getting ready for a marathon when, during the last month of my training, I started having pain in different areas, starting with my lower back. Since I still wanted to keep training and didn’t want the pain to get worse, I decided to go to Innovation Physical Therapy, and I’m really glad I did. I was lucky to have Ozge as my physiotherapist. She took her time to listen to everything I was experiencing and did a really thorough assessment. During the sessions, she worked with me on the areas that were bothering me and showed me the proper technique for some movements I thought I was already doing correctly. Since I’m pretty active and work out regularly, that was actually really helpful. The needle treatment was also effective for my lower back pain. I also booked a massage with Sarah, and she was wonderful as well. She listened to everything I wanted to focus on and took her time with each area. What I really liked was how she could talk to me while still staying focused on the treatment and paying attention to all the little details. She’s a very skilled massage therapist, and I felt really comfortable throughout the session. The reception staff are also super friendly and welcoming. They’re always kind and make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. Overall, I’ve had a really great experience at Innovation Physical Therapy and would definitely recommend Ozge and Sarah!

This place is great. I’ve just finished over a year of therapy on a major hand injury and am very impressed with everything about this place. My principal therapist was Ozge but I also saw Fern and Daksh. They were amazing, as were the rest of the staff. The appointments were very conveniently arranged twice a week around my schedule and it was easy to change one if necessary. Parking was no problem and it was easy to get there. Therapy went well, the treatments were very effective and they had a great understanding of what would help me. I’ve gone here years ago for a torn rotator cuff and a torn tendon in my knee. Ozge fixed me up then as well. My wife has gone here and my son. I’ve also had acupuncture here, highly recommended, it really helped. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Daksh is very personable and listens to what his patients are saying which is very important. Physio is successful when both work together for a common goal and after completing 7 sessions my knee has never felt better and I have my confidence back. Thank-you Daksh.

Highly recommend Acupuncture at this location!!! She was great .helped immensely with pain management! Marjorie (sp) was also great!! Dahsk(sp) was great. Would definitely recommend . Had a horrible experience with the lady that was filling in for him tho which caused me to switch to a different provider. I heard from other ppl that go to this location that its normal of her and shes only there sometimes. Which is good I guess.

I saw their acupuncturist, Zen, and she is the best I've had. She listens, cares and I got great results. I saw her for multiple injuries including shoulder and TMJ. I awoke the next morning feeling and breathing better than I had in a long time. Thanks Zen, and I'll see you soon 🙏☝️💜
