Jay from Innovation is amazing to work with. I love that he’s very chatty, and genuinely seems to enjoy getting to know his clients. He’s also very forgiving on people who don’t follow their physio homework - I don’t feel ashamed at all when I do my exercises. The studio is pretty great as well.

I absolutely love this place, I have vertigo and the doctor helping me was so kind and took the time to explain things and even showed me a diagram of why it was happening and how he was going to fix it! Would highly recommend to anyone!❤️❤️❤️❤️

I have been attending pelvic floor physio for the past few months for relief of stress incontinence. Sharon is amazing! She has guided me in training my pelvic floor through a series of exercises that have improved my condition tremendously. Sharon’s expertise in pelvic floor physio is revealed through her concise explanations of how the pelvic floor works. She is very encouraging and positive and I am thrilled with the results!

Super friendly staff! I was greeted warmly every visit before seeing Ram, my physiotherapist. He was knowledgeable and earnestly listened to his patients. The exercises he gave to me made a noticeable difference in reducing my knee pain after just a few sessions. Would definitely come back!
