Mercy Animal Hospital

Mercy Animal Hospital got my kitty in the same day I called regarding a tooth that had fallen out. We seen Dr Waqas who took his time, assessed my boy and thoroughly explained the next steps to me. He was gentle with my boy and answered all my questions. However, the real star of our experience at this vet was Alexa. Her knowledge, patience, and compassion from the moment we stepped into this clinic did not go unnoticed. Her knowledge of the medication we received was outstanding. She understood my boy is not just my pet but my fur child and treated him as such. As for the other receptionist, she seemed to not enjoy her career path working with animals. Regardless, Thank you Alexa and Dr Waqas and we'll be back next week for the suggested x-rays, bloodwork, etc.

Twice now I have had to bring my animals here as an emergency. The staff are amazing! Front the front desk to the vets. They really care about the clients and the animals. They take their time, it’s not all about the bill and my animals have had exceptional recoveries after being treated here. One dog had a complication from his neuter and one of the cats required emergency surgery on his arm! I’m now debating moving my vet files here permanently for all four! 100% being your animals here.

The doctor here did npt overcharge me and did what they can for my cat. He may have UTI or crystals. The doctor at the other vet (Rossilyn Vet) was not as thorough. But the doctor here at Mercy, genuinely care and they even said I can come back after 1 week for a free follow up check up

I don’t have enough amazing things to say about this place! I called every vet from Fort McMurray to Edmonton, and no one could get me in except Mercy Vet. I’m so thankful they could because the staff was absolutely incredible, so compassionate, caring, and accommodating, especially since I was driving in from out of town. They took such wonderful care of my old guy and made a stressful situation so much easier. After the outstanding service we received, my spouse and I happily agreed that Mercy Vet will now be our go to clinic for all four of our animals. Absolutely worth the 4½-hour drive! 😄

Our cat had a broken tooth and it needed to be extracted. Our regular vet is an hour away as we’ve had to temporarily relocate my sister-in-law recommended. Mercy Animal Hospital. The staff were friendly and our vet was very compassionate with our cat. They got us in the same day we called which was on a Sunday and scheduled the surgery For Monday. The vet came out and explained everything after the surgery. I highly recommend this vet.
