My experience was great! I received a warm welcome from staff and had the royal treatment while I waited to be called into my appointment which only took a few moments. Carrie was wonderful, I felt very relaxed and well informed of the next steps of the procedure. It was a pleasure meeting everyone and I would definitely come back! Thank you 😊

I had an amazing experience at this clinic! I’ve had cosmetic skin treatments here and have been so happy with my results. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional. A special thank you to nurses Rachel, Alex, and Shiv for always being so caring and attentive, and to Dr. Karpman for his expertise and making me feel comfortable every step of the way. I also love their skincare products—I’ve bought them for myself, my sister, and my mom because I trust their recommendations. I highly recommend this clinic!

I am so fortunate to have been referred here by my family doctor. The staff are excellent from the receptionist who made me coffee to Nurse Carrie who did the procedure. And taught me excellent after care instructions. Carrie embodies customer service and is happy to inform about products & services but does not upsell. I appreciate that so much!!! Women (and men) who want to take the best care of their skin should be going here and not their local drug store for skin products. I noticed that they have also won a Consumer Award for the last 2 years! I would recommend to family and friends. 10/10!!

I recently had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Karpman and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is not only a fantastic doctor but also a genuinely kind human being. From my very first visit, Dr. Karpman's patience and detail-oriented approach were evident. He took the time to explain the entire procedure, making sure I understood every step. I never felt rushed, and he answered all of my questions with incredible clarity. It was this level of care that made me feel so comfortable and confident in his hands. The entire team at the clinic was wonderful, too. The front desk staff were calm and friendly, and Nurse Faith was exceptional—very kind and calming. If you're looking for a doctor who is both highly skilled and truly compassionate, Dr. Karpman is the one. I genuinely want to thank him for the excellent care he provided. He is a truly outstanding physician.

I visited the clinic for a service and was treated exceptionally well. I was pleased with the results from the procedure that I received. The clinic comes across very high-end and I am not sure if that reflects in the prices. At times I do feel the compliments you receive are a bit excessive. While we all like to be called beautiful too many "beautiful" in a row makes it come across not genuine. The doctors, nurses and administration staff are are all skilled and qualified.
