Having visited several dermatologists in the past, I often left feeling underwhelmed and not entirely satisfied with my experience. At Rejuvenation, I always have a great experience. The clinic is beautifully designed, clean, and modern, and the staff is always so kind and welcoming. Dr. Longowal is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. He listens and takes the time to understand your goals and provides genuine recommendations. Him and the nurses are caring and always go above and beyond to make sure you feel at ease during the entire process. I have had amazing results with the treatment recommended. I highly recommend Dr. Longowal and the team at Rejuvenation!

I am livid. Please avoid this place if you value privacy. I work full time and do university. I was supposed to book a few wide local excisions, but expressed to the doctor two months ago that I would when I had more time to spare. For two months, this company called me several times, contacted my doctor 5 times, and my mother 3 times. I reiterated each time that I would book when I had time. I expressed for them to stop contacting me. They did not stop contacting me. Booking an appointment is not a medical emergency, my phone works fine, and I am a 24 year old grown adult. However, this company shared my private health information to my mother and contacted her repeatedly. The worst part? THEY DO NOT HAVE MY MOTHERS NUMBER ON FILE. They could not explain how they were even able to contact my mother. I have chosen to seek a different clinic that values client privacy and does not harass their clients and their clients families. When I brought this all up to the clinic lead today, I got a paltry "we're sorry", as if all of this was no big deal and simply a minor mistake. I am beyond uncomfortable and upset. I will not be returning, ever.
