Updated review - it took having to write to this business twice to let them know I would not be showing up for an appointment I did not book. I received a referral for a dermatological procedure to this business. This location, their second, just recently opened. Rarely have I been so impressed with a first visit. As with all my reviews, it's the staff who make or break the customer service experience. Here are some of the best in their field. From being greeted, shown to an examination room to the consult with the doctor, stellar experience from start to finish. They answered all my questions and were very helpful in allaying any concerns I had. Great location. Great service. Fantastic people. I'll be very happy to recommend this place to those requiring their services.

Staff not very professional, came for my appointment waiting for over an hour in a room , said they wouldn’t be long , and then they forgot about me , Then the lady was rude and said what do you want ? Like she was annoyed , I said I haven’t bin seen yet by the specialist she said I needed to see in order to schedule a skin peel. 🤷‍♀️, she then said she forgot to let them know ? . Just very disappointed on how I was treated. Everyone has bad days . But to wait over an hour and then have to reschedule ,and take more time to go again ? . And then front desk moved my apt to south side ? Hope staff is better professionalism there.

First, I'd like to say that the nurses and staff were great. Very friendly and welcoming! However, I have never been more disappointed and frustrated with the kind of care we had received! Initially, I had asked for a prescription refill for my son, but because he had been on it for a year, we were told he needs to be reassessed. GREAT! Hopefully we can find answers to a more permanent solution or at least one that would just help my sons skin! NOPE! Dr. So came off like as if we were wasting his time! He glanced at my sons face and sent us off with the same prescription THAT I HAD INITIALLY ASKED FOR! Did not look at his problematic areas, just simply glanced at him and said "if you move to Hawaii, he'd get better". Like what??!! THEN proceeds to compare my son to his other patients! I guess because if my sons skin is not as bad as some of his other patients, he doesn't deserve a basic assessment. The nurse that was in the room with us gave more of a professional opinion than the actual doctor. We will definitely be going else where to find another dermatologist that actually cares and doesn't make us feel like we were a waste of time.

Was referred here by my family doctor. Great experience off the bat. They accommodated my tight schedule and were understanding when I was running late(I had accidentally gone to their Southside location haha) Interior was nice and welcomed immediately after entering by front desk, who checked me in quickly. Lots of seating in their waiting area. The nurse was friendly and asked me details about my issues, and the doctor was friendly and straightforward

I had such a great experience with Blake. She truly listened to all of my concerns and needs and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. She helped me explore different options and find a product that completely transformed my skin—my acne literally melted away. I really appreciated how thoughtful, knowledgeable, and non-pushy she was. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping you find what works best for you. Highly recommend!
