After a 18 month wait for an appointment, the 2 minutes that Dr Wong actually spent with me was a huge waste of time. The first Dr (I’m sorry I don’t remember your name) was wonderful. Very kind and explained clearly what he was looking for during the exam. When Dr Wong came in there was no hello, no my name is, no nothing! After a 10 second look, He rudely told me that my concerns were not a dermatology issue and that it was due to my age. He tells me that I can spend 30$ to get something done to them, and I can’t even say what that “something” was because he didn’t explain anything He then grabbed a piece of paper from the desk, passed it to me and said read this, if you have any questions you can call into the office. He opened the door and left. No thank you or good bye, again, nothing. The man has the personality of a dead horse. I won’t be going back any time soon.

Had a great experience recently coming here for a consult. The staff were so welcoming and the clinic is so clean and aesthetic!! Dr. Wong is attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend coming here for any skincare concerns

I've been coming here for 2 years now and drive 2 hours each time. After seeing 3 different derms I was happy to finally get a diagnosis for my hair loss, but Dr. Wong continues to dismiss my concerns for the medications not working and me wondering about another type of hair loss existing. At my last follow u0 he was dismissive and told me not to follow up in person, to only call him. Visits take less than 5 minutes. Don't dermatologists need to examine your scalp for hair loss? No photos taken to track progression or effectiveness of treatment. I have so much pain and cannot brush it and he isn't concerned at all. I waited over a year to see him and now have to get a referral to another derm. Receptionists could be better also

Medical clinic is great. Staff are nice. Wait times are long. Not impressed with the medical advice/care of dermatologists. Saw both Dr. Kwok and Dr. Wong (diff dates). Medical advice/care for the health issue is completely inconsistent with what other doctors and medical research says on the topic. Agree with other low reviews that the doctors are generally dismissive and rushed. Suggest seeking other dermatologist referrals!

Highly recommend Alberta Dermatology Consultants! I saw Dr Wong and he was very informative about my concerns and worked together to develop a treatment plan that works for me! From the start to finish, everyone at the clinic was very helpful! Will definitely come back!
