I’m a new patient of Dr. Soong’s but I feel I’ve known her for while as she’s very personable. She takes time to explain things and wants to know if there’s any questions I have. I had some skin cancer removed, and it was painless from the moment they put in the freezing until now five days later. She is very thorough and I’m very confident that she will take very good care of me. The staff were also very kind and considerate. I would highly recommend Dr. Soong as a Dermatologist.

Very happy with my experiences so far. They were quick to get me booked after my family doctor referred me. It was easy to change my appointment when the original date no longer worked for me. The reception staff, nursing staff and doctor have been friendly and knowledgeable.

I went to the downtown location and it was seamless from the time I walked in the door. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Ferrier. He was punctual, attentive, and genuinely listened as I explained symptoms I’ve been dealing with for six years. He’s the first Dermatology specialist who truly took action instead of brushing things off, and that alone has given me a sense of hope I haven’t felt in a long time.
