I had such a great experience here today. I called at 1:40 needing to be seen for a check up/pain, and Sarah got me in by 2:00, super quick and accommodating!! When I arrived, they had just received my file from the Spruce location and still got everything sorted right away. Maggie, Dr. Tan’s assistant, was amazing, so kind, and made me feel really comfortable the whole time. Dr. Tan is honestly incredible. Every time I see him, I leave feeling better about my teeth and more confident in my smile. The whole team treated me so well, like I wasn’t just another patient. Also, the lady who was helping me afterwards was so sweet! She totally picked up on my vibe and even checked if they had any purple electric toothbrushes left… and they did! It was the last one and I was so excited. Such a small thing but it made the experience even better. Very thankful for the care I received today and happy to be a patient here ☺️

After years of going from dentist to dentist I have finally found one that is superior to all others. My experience was absolutely great. My hygienist Karen was the best I have ever had. The whole staff were very friendly and professional. I share my opinion but rarely recommend anything. I highly recommend SMILES in St. ALBERT and I give them a 5 + stars. Thanks for the great experience

She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth last year, and my most recent visit was no different. I highly recommend her and the clinic to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

I had a great experience with Angel during my recent dental cleaning. She did an outstanding job and paid incredible attention to detail, making sure every tooth was thoroughly cleaned. Angel was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She also took the time to explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. I chose this office after Google search. It was a very pleasant experience. Parking was easy to find, the building itself is clean and fresh. The staff were amazing and friendly. Was kept informed of what was going on and was given options for my treatment. My dentist was friendly and knowledgeable. My wait time was very short. Definitely recommend.
