I brought my 1 1/2 year old Great Pyrenees cross named 'Kaos' in to get neutered after unintentionally blessing us with 11 wonderful puppies. Being a guardian farm dog he doesn't get a lot of interaction with many people. But he loved all the very kind ladies and staff at the clinic before and after his successful surgery. It took a bit to leave the clinic he loved the attention that much ! His incision looked great and he healed very quickly. When I would take his "cone of shame" off to give him a good neck scratch he never once paid attention to the incision. The surgery went so well that it never phased him at all. He was his usual self when we got home with no issues or concerns at all. We kept 3 of his and his girlfriend, 'Tyra', (our other beautiful Great Pyrenees cross) puppies and when their time comes they will definitely be going to this clinic to get fixed. Excellent staff, service and clinic, all VERY worthy of the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. Not to mention the very nice and detailed report and home care sheets they provide you with. Never seen anything like it from other vet clinics. Thank you all for taking such good care of my little buddy !

We’ve had such a wonderful experience with this clinic. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it’s clear they truly care about both pets and their owners. The convenient location and extended hours have made visits so much easier to manage with a busy schedule. What really stood out to me was the thoughtful birthday message they sent for my dog, Izzy—it was such a kind and personal touch that meant a lot to our family. We feel very supported here and are grateful to have found such a caring veterinary team.

I had such an amazing experience at Southfort Vet and can’t recommend them enough. They were able to squeeze us in first thing in the morning for an emergency, which meant so much during a stressful situation with my dog. The staff were kind, compassionate, and professional from start to finish. They took the time to examine him thoroughly, explain everything clearly, and made both of us feel cared for and supported. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and their genuine concern really stood out. I’m incredibly grateful for the care they provided and for getting us in so quickly when we needed help. We were at the lake and our little dog found a mouse poison warfarin stick. Luckily we saw him poop and went to pick it up and it was bright green like the rodent bat😞😞 I immediately phoned Southfort Vetrinary Clinic and Dr Bishay told me to bring Jet in immediately and he would wait at the clinic for me. When I arrived Dr Bishay quickly assessed Jets condition and gave him a triple dose of Vitamin K to counteract the poison. He also pulled blood work and rushed it into the clinic. He sent me home with Jet and a batch of Vitamin K to give him twice a day. Long story short Dr Bishay’s quick action and recommended treatment I believe saved my little dogs life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the amazing staff at Southfort Vetrinary, and Dr Bishay 🙏🙏🙏 So lucky to have such an amazing clinic in Fort Saskatchewan.

Dr. Hanna Bishay and his lovely team saved my kitty cat Jay. Jay had a urinary blockage, Dr. Hanna knew immediately but ran all the tests to confirm his treatment. The staff didn’t waste any time to preform the life saving procedure. The Dr and support staff treated me with compassion and care. Thank you so much for keeping my little angel around for me. ♥️
