I did inter-muscular stimulation (IMS) with Chad. I have chronic neck and shoulders pain which is much improved following this treatment. I can say that it is not painful and I’ve never had any issues but the relief afterwards is amazing. I’m not sure if it’s related to the treatment but I also feel relief from tension and sleep great afterwards. Chad takes the time to listen and explain everything.

I began seeing Sydney at the clinic a couple of years ago after sustaining a severe leg injury that left me with permanent damage. Since then, I’ve been receiving regular lymphatic drainage massages from her, and she is truly exceptional at what she does. I look forward to every appointment - especially the relief that follows, when my leg feels lighter and the fluid has noticeably shifted. Sydney is diligent, professional, and has an incredible intuitive sense of what the body needs. Because of her skill and expertise, and after hearing others I know rave about their own experiences, I recently started seeing her for a more traditional therapeutic massage as well. Although I haven’t had as many of these sessions yet, I can already say she’s fantastic. The treatments can be intense at times, but she is an absolute wizard at releasing deep tension and stubborn knots in my hips and lower back. I cannot recommend Sydney highly enough. She has made a profound difference in my recovery and overall well-being.

Kathy saw my son and helped him with some neck stretches. The entire experience was fantastic and Kathy was very supportive throughout. I would recommend her with any newborn as it was a safe and calm environment.
