Amazing quality Samosas. Recently moved from uk and without them I wouldn’t have survived Ramadan. They are hard working, honest and generous business women. They deserve everything and more inshallah wishing them more success. I would recommend this cafe for every person in Edmonton.

Easily the best coffee I have had anywhere. I also highly recommend their platter. They also have a type of halwa you'll rarely find anywhere in the country _ yes anywhere in the country! This cafe is a jewel with great tasting food and super friendly staff. They uniquely blend cooking styles and spices from around the globe to bring you flavours you'll not find anywhere. I loved it here and will definitely be returning. Did I mention - it's also super affordable.

I walked over once when visiting Edmonton to check out Africano Cafe and try their coffee and it was an amazing experience!!! I loved the coffee and the sambusa’s and dip had an amazing flavour I had not had before. My friend and I had to order their sambusa’s twice more! The owner was very friendly; we had a nice little conversation and he served us very well. The server was lovely and had a wonderful smile. I’m so glad I decided to walk over that day!! I so thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat some African food that day.

Was visiting a friend on the ave and he suggested we grab coffee. Glad we decided to try some place new. We grabbed a couple "spiced coffees" from here and I'm glad I did. It is great to try new things as I've never had this before. If you've never had spiced coffee like me I will describe it similar to Indian Chai but instead of tea they use coffee. It was good. Must try. The beef samosa is also very good and the jalapeno dip gives it the right amount of heat/spicy. If I'm in the area again I would come back to try more food.
