The coconut BLT (special order) I really enjoyed the coconut bacon, love the crunchy texture & flavour. The olive dipping sauce was delightful, not enough sauce for how many chips.. plus you pay extra so that kind of sucks? I do find kb&co to be very expensive, but you are paying for good quality. I also ordered the MCT cocao drink, can’t remember what it was called but it was delicious 🤤 I think for the meal and drink it was around $38?
We came here since we heard good things about it. Nice, clean, and welcoming spot with a bright, modern feel. The staff were cheerful, attentive, and quick to help, which made the visit pleasant right from the start. KB & Co has a surprisingly large and varied menu, especially for a plant-based cafe, with plenty of bowls, wraps, smoothies, and healthy treats to choose from. We tried the Smokey Caesar and the falafel dish. Both looked fresh and colorful, and the Smokey Caesar was especially flavorful — crisp greens, well-balanced dressing, and generous toppings. The falafel, however, missed the mark for me. The falafel felt soft and mushy, and it actually fell apart easily, lacking the firm texture I typically expect. Additionally, it was rather mild in flavor and didn’t showcase the vibrant herbaceous notes that make falafel so distinctive. It wasn’t inedible, but it stood out as the one weak point in an otherwise solid meal. Overall, though, KB & Co delivers fresh, health-minded food in a comfortable space with great service. I’d definitely come back to try more of the menu — just probably not the falafel next time.
We love coming here for a healthy treat, love their oat bars and smoothies. Next time hoping to try some of their lunch menu! Always lots of seating and quick service!
I've been meaning to try this small eatery I recently found, but the parking situation has been a hindrance. With only 15 minutes to park, I've always opted to take my food to go. Today, I finally tried their chili, and although it was tasty, it was a bit of a letdown that it was cold. Without access to a microwave at work, I couldn't enjoy it as much as I would have liked. I'm planning to try another item from their menu next week. This time I’ll make sure it’s hot before I leave.
I come here whenever I have free time; they make wonderful things, especially their smoothies, they're amazing. I absolutely love the spinach one. They don't use sugar in their desserts, which is perfect for me.
