PrimeTime Donair & Poutine

Nav, who took our order was such a sweet lady who was patient with while we were taking a pretty long time ordering. The food was so amazing and very fulling. It’s worth it to come here especially with the kind and helpful staff.

Was visiting Edmonton and looking for a late night snack. My cousin suggested this donair spot and wow. The donair was seriously addictive, like crack. It was so good. Yeah, it’s a bit smaller than what I’m used to in BC, but it was just perfect and packed. I also really liked how they wrap it and put it in a plastic bag no mess, no sauce leaking everywhere. Smart and tasty!

Hello, I just wanted to take a moment to praise one of your servers at Prime Time Donair & Poutine for the excellent service I received recently. I don't know the orthograh of her name, but I think is ICha. It's the man. April 24 if I remember well, I accidentally placed my order as pickup without realizing it, and he kindly offered to bring the order all the way to my home himself, without expecting any tip or anything in return. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, understanding, and helpful throughout the whole experience. The service was truly impeccable, and I honestly think he is a great asset to your team. This place is definitely 5 stars for flavor. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Edmonton. I wasn’t originally planning to stop here, but I happened to be in the area and decided to give PrimeTime Donair & Poutine a try, and I’m glad I did. The guy working was super friendly and helped me pick out what to order. I got the chicken shawarma, and honestly, it was one of the best I’ve ever had. They even have a selection of sauce you can add to flavor the chicken which was unique, and the hint of pineapple flavor was unreal.
