The food was good, it was nice and messy, especially the chili cheese dog. The BBQ rib poutine was heavy on the BBQ sauce over powered the gravy.
Quite possibly the worst poutine I've ever had. Not a single full fry in the box everyone was small. There was probably double the amount of gravy necessary for a poutine. Could damn near drink it. Paid for the wow size and there was hardly any cheese curds. Guess the extra 7 bucks was for triple gravy. Will not return.
Service was excellent, and I really liked the toppings and flavour combination. The fries were a bit soggy and seemed slightly undercooked, and there was way too much gravy, so it felt more like poutine soup. Overall, I’ve had better poutine, but the staff were great.
I love this place but today was definitely an off day. Ran out of cheese curds, didn't have entire items on the menu (including no brand new Creole chicken gumbo poutine that is on their menu), and the server seemed confused. In the end the meals we got was perfectly fine but not being able to get the items we originally hoped for was pretty disappointing 😔 Their atmosphere and fries are top notch, so this I hope is a big one off and the next time will be the normal phenomenal service and food.
7.1/10 I rate harshly so this is a great rating. Generous amount of cheese curds, and tasty gravy. Bought the wow size with delivery and came to be a little over $33 bucks w/o tip. The price is a little steep but For the size of this including delivery, Probabaly be more towards 25-27 bucks. All and all very great still. Would order again regardless of the price. Only suggestion I would give is on delivery to have the gravy separate from the rest and have the customer add when they’re ready to eat to atleast help keep some crunch on the tator tots. Again mushy or not it was still yummy. I’ll definitely be trying your hotdogs next.
