The food was super fresh and delicious. There were so many choices like seafood, vegetable, fruits, desserts, beverages, and all for a fair price. The interior of the restaurant was clean and comfortable, especially with the friendly staff. I highly recommend those who haven’t tried this place, it’s definitely worth a visit!
This place was great as my first hot pot experience! Delicious food, great selection and the service was wonderful - so friendly and attentive. I would recommend and visit again. Soft serve ice cream was delish!
Spring Hot Pot is an All-you-can-eat (AYCE) restaurant offering a very good selection of hot pot staples - with a nice mix of soup bases to choose from, a fantastically well stocked sauce station, as well as a nice variety of dim sum, and regular drinks included. All of the hot pot meats are very fresh (ordered separately from a paper menu), while the other assorted items are neatly arranged on shelves and trays. The space is contemporary - organized, well lit, and very clean. The service is attentive, while all of the staff are warm and welcoming. Overall, a wonderful establishment to enjoy all-you-can-eat hot pot & dim sum.
This is a great beginner hotpot experience. The staff are very friendly and happy to provide guidance. I am really hesitant with new foods so having most things labelled, the hot food buffet and chicken breast as a meat option really helped me to enjoy the meal. Making your own sauce is also really fun. I also enjoyed exploring new vegetables. The included pop, green tea, slush, ice cream and watermelon was also great.
First off, I want to say how happy I am that they’ve opened the first hotpot restaurant on the North side. It means I don’t have to travel so far just to enjoy it—Northsider represent 🫶🏻 Now it’s easier than ever to come back and enjoy one of my favorite spots. This was my second time visiting Spring Hotpot, and I honestly really enjoyed it. The food was just as good as the first visit—so consistent, every time. From the moment I walked in, the service was very friendly. The staff greeted me with big smiles and I didn’t have to wait, which made the whole experience feel effortless and welcoming. The decor is gorgeous too. The nice grass and flowers throughout the space really brightened everything up and made the whole restaurant feel inviting, fresh, and full of life. It’s the kind of setting that instantly makes you want to relax and dig in. And the selection is great—there’s a wide variety of meats, veggies, and seafood (obsessed with their fish balls and shell fish) to choose from. The soup broths are especially yummy and rich, and my personal favorite is the Tom Yum. Some of my friends mentioned that the broth might be a bit on the lighter side, but I thought the flavoring was just perfect—balanced, delicious, and not overpowering. I also asked about the broths, and they shared that all of them are made from natural ingredients with no artificial ingredients, which makes it feel like a healthier choice. They really tasted fresh, and you can tell there’s care put into what they serve. Since it’s still a newer restaurant, I could see they were super busy—and even when new items came out, people grabbed them quickly. I noticed the staff had to continuously refill items, but they still moved fast and kept everything running smoothly as best they could. I could tell they were working hard, and honestly that’s to be expected when a place is this popular. Overall, I had an pleasant experience and I can see how things will only improve as they continue to settle in. Even though the crowd is still huge, I’d say give them a little time to smoothen their operations—and it’s going to be even better. I love Spring Hotpot, and I’ll definitely be back.
