I recently purchased two high-end paddles (Diadem Edge 18k and Six Zero Black Diamond) from Pickleball Superstore. Writing this from my city where the snow is finally thawing and spring is bursting with new life, I feel the same sense of warmth from the service I received. A special thank you to Sunna for her outstanding professionalism and efficiency. She ensured my experience was seamless and pleasant. Now, every time I swing these favorite paddles on the court, I will be reminded of the exceptional care provided by Sunna and her team. Quality gear, prompt shipping, and world-class support. I highly recommend this store to any pickleball enthusiast!

Great selection and service. They have a net to pull out and test out demo rackets. The staff will give you suggestions and options based on skill, experience, and price range. We had no clue coming from a tennis vs ping pong vs badminton background would impact the type of handled preferred. Very happy with our purchase!

Excellent store for pickleball gear!!! They have a great selection of items, and the staff are really friendly and helpful! Also, they have paddles for rental as well which is super convenient. Would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful experience. While I wasn’t looking for a new paddle, it appears there is a great selection. I purchased a pair of shoes and there was a good selection to choose from as well, including sizes. Not pushy at all, lots of time to try the shoes on and make sure I had the right pair for me. I also purchased a new bag. UPDATE: I have now tried the shoes I purchased, K-Swiss Men's Express Light and have worn them for about 3 hours. The grip, which was my main focus in the purchase is very good. I initially suspected, in store, that they would be "heavy" and they did feel that way, but I was still able to move around the court. Bag is working out great. Thanks for the quality products and service Pickleball Superstore.
