The place where I learned to ski! It was so fun (and scary!) training here. The staff are very attentive and make sure everyone is safe while having fun. We availed their Friday promo and rental (both $25) and we had a great time since only a few people showed up, due to the snow and weather probably. We’ll definitely come back again! 😊

Dear Snow Valley, It is frustrating for paying customers to be required to stand and wait while instructors are allowed to move to the front of the line. I understand that instructors are on a schedule while teaching lessons; however, all guests’ time is valuable as well. This is the bunny hill, where everyone in line is either learning themselves or being taught by parents or family members. I would also like to point out that instructors should not be asking parents to leave the hill and stand behind the fence while they are helping their children learn to ski. Enforcing a “no foot traffic” rule feels inconsistent when the majority of instructors are walking on the hill themselves while conducting lessons. To help improve the experience for everyone, I would strongly suggest installing a dedicated carpet lift specifically for ski lessons. This would reduce congestion, eliminate line-cutting concerns, and create a safer and more organized learning environment for beginners. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to ensure a fair and positive experience for all guests

Great experience with snowboard lessons! The lesson with instructor Alex went really well. He was very friendly and patient, making the experience comfortable and fun. My child really enjoyed the lesson and felt confident on the snowboard. All staff members were very polite, friendly, and responsible, and were always happy to help whenever needed. We are very satisfied and would definitely recommend them.

Perfect local hill for families and beginners! The slopes are well‑maintained and ideal for kids or anyone just starting out. The instructors are patient and friendly, and the rental process is smooth and efficient. I love that it’s so close to home—you don’t need to drive hours to the mountains to enjoy a fun day of skiing. It can get busy on weekends, but the staff handles the crowds well. While advanced skiers might find the runs short, it’s perfect for lessons, casual skiing, or just getting outside in the winter. Overall, Snow Valley delivers exactly what it promises: accessible, family‑friendly skiing with great service and a positive vibe.

March 21, 2026 update. After few days of really warm weather with temperatures reaching 12 C, we thought there will be no more skiing. How great it feels to be wrong. Today is + 5 C and the skiing was possible. Nightly grooming helps to pack the snow. The chairlift crews work tirelessly to keep the experience going. They move, pack, stomp,
