Can't say enough about my experience at Balwin Collison. I am truly happy/satisfied with the workmanship, cost and staff. I found Tran to be helpful, friendly and honest. This is my second time here and both jobs done were great, and will be back to get them to fix a job that wasn't done properly by another business. Not only do they do body work, but they also offer to do brakes, oil change etc. So if you are looking for quality workmanship, honesty and great great rates, I highly recommend Balwin Collison.
“Trung did an excellent job fixing my car and replacing the door. He was professional, skilled, and completed the work quickly. The door looks perfect, and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend him!”
Trung (John) was completely professional, friendly, and fair to deal with. He communicated clearly, completed repairs in a timely manner, and made my vehicle look brand new for a very reasonable price. He even went above and beyond to paint any chipped paint around my vehicle and rust-proofed it. I wouldn’t take my vehicle anywhere else for autobody work!
Trung did an outstanding job fixing my bumper. He went above and beyond by tracking down a replacement part that wasn’t available anywhere in Alberta. That level of effort alone sets him apart from other shops. He also managed to remove some stubborn adhesive that had been on the car since I bought it, something several chain body shops told me couldn’t be done. Not only was the repair flawless, but he clearly takes pride in his work. Professional, resourceful, and detail-oriented. I highly recommend Balwin Collision Repairs if you want the job done properly at a reasonable price.
