CSN Collision Herbers North

Brought my 22 mustang in to get a door ding repaired I had many quotes done as I paid for the repair out of pocket and Brian gave me the most realistic and fair price for the repair. These guys are top notch Brian was very up front about the cost and timeline as the price might fluctuate and I love that kind of honesty. Their painter Gavin might be the next Picasso because he nailed a really tricky paint colour and the blend was perfect 10/10 should come here.

My 2025 F150 Lariat had some very deep mystery scratches show up on the front fender and hood likely from a parking lot. Before I decided to go through insurance Herbers gave me the most reasonable estimate. My insurance company agreed it was comprehensive not collision so I booked it in with Herbers North. Ashley was the best and a major reason I chose Herbers. My truck was ready on time and detailed inside and out. The body shop supervisor went over the process and explained how they blended the clear coat. The job was phenomenal!! Would highly recommend them.

I recently had my car repaired at The North CSN Herbert’s location in Edmonton and as soon as I walked in, the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Both her and Brian made the whole process easy, explaining everything and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The mechanics did an amazing job on the repair, my car looks good as new ! The quality of the work really speaks for itself, and it’s clear they take pride in what they do. Everything was completed in a timely manner, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of reliable and high quality auto repairs ! Thanks again !

I recently had my Audi Q7 repaired at CSN Herbers North after I was rear-ended in an accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The rear bumper repair was done flawlessly — the car looks as good as new, like nothing ever happened. A special thank you to Brian, who managed my case. He was extremely helpful, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made everything smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the quality of work and the excellent customer service. I would highly recommend CSN Herbers North to anyone needing auto body repairs!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Every time we’ve needed body work done on our cars, we brought it here and Herbers has never disappointed. In April I was rear-ended and almost everything in the rear needed to be repaired or replaced. It took almost a month to fix it, but I was given updates about where my car was at and they made sure that they found all the damaged parts. I finally got it back now and it looks incredible. They were able to keep my rear window so I didn’t lose the sticker on it, the car was given back to me way cleaner than it was before, AND the interior was cleaned! Absolutely amazing customer service and everyone was so kind during the whole process.
