Omg these guys are top notch. I had a manufacturer’s Paint defect on my rear bumper. I brought my vehicle to a west side shop I won’t waste mentioning. Fired them for terrible workmanship. Looked at Fix auto Google Reviews & decided to have them preform the professional results I expected the 1st time. I highly recommend this shop for your vehicle needs as you will not be disappointed. This shop was very easy to deal with. The whole process went very smoothly. It was nice to be able to deal with the owner as it shows me that he cares about his business. As far as the repair goes, there were only minor issues that I could address myself which saved me a trip back. I appreciate that they would have gladly taken care of them for me but as a retired collision repair technician of 47 years I didn't mind going over everything myself and making the necessary tweeks. Unfortunately might be one of the fussiest customers that they might run into. One of my main concerns was the quality of the paint job and the color match as I know that this particular Ford color could be challenging. Well, they nailed it! I would highly recommend this Fix Auto. I did some research and was impressed with the feedback. Keep in mind that any franchise can have good and not so good shops. I would gladly use them again!!!
The ruts in our back alley tore apart the inside wheel well cover in our car and was very impressed with the whole process of having it replaced through Fix Auto Sherwood North. Dealt with the Owner, Scott, and was able to have a quick chat on the phone and send him pics for the quote. Parts were ordered and appointment was scheduled right away. Customer service experience while there was top notch, repair was done well and quickly, and I thought the cost for the repair was very fair. It was clear that their priority is with customer service and making sure everyone they deal with leaves as happy as possible. They are definitely now my go to auto body repair shop.
