CSN Collision Herbers Downtown

I had a very minor car accident where my left wheel well fender has a small dent. I took it to CSN HERBERS in Oliver area Edmonton. The work they did was perfect, better than new. Staff were helpful and great to deal with.

My experience was positive from the beginning. The staff were friendly and they kept me updated. My car was returned to me cleaner, inside and out, than I had left it. Also, someone went above and beyond and secured my loose mud flaps (no connection to the accident). I’d definitely go back should it ever be necessary. Kelly C

Great experience overall. The two ladies at the front were kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. I was treated well, and their helpful recommendations for rental car companies made the process even easier. Really appreciated the service as they repaired my vehicle ahead of schedule.

EDIT: Changed rating after speaking to Emily after reading my review. Her personalized response to my issues was wonderful. Thank you. Quick, great customer service. Repairs on the body look good, everything was fixed as discussed. Emily was very informative and keep me updated. Was told to expect 7 business days for the repair, but was done within 5 business days. Only a couple of minor issues: 1) replaced the passenger side side view mirror with one that is now different (non-OEM) than the original (so the perspective when looking at the mirror is completely different than on the driver side). 2) Random screws and a piece of the front that was replaced was left inside the car (I guess for me to dispose of).
