Most of the time, walking into a collision repair shop isn’t because of something positive. You’re often dealing with the stress and frustration that comes with an accident or unexpected damage to your vehicle. Because of that, customer service and trust mean just as much as the quality of the repair work itself. From the moment I walked into CSN Premier Collision, I knew I had come to the right place. I was immediately welcomed by the receptionist, who greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel comfortable right away. The atmosphere in the office was unlike any body shop I’ve experienced before. They happened to have two dogs in the office, including an adorable two month old puppy and an older dog with just as much charm. Being able to spend a few minutes playing with them while waiting completely changed the tone of what is normally a stressful experience. It sounds like a small detail, but it made a big difference. I had the opportunity to meet with Terry, the owner, to go over the damage to my vehicle. He took the time to thoroughly review everything with me, explain the repair process, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. His honesty and professionalism immediately put me at ease. When he provided the estimate, I was pleasantly surprised by how fair and reasonable it was. There was no pressure and no feeling that I was being taken advantage of. It was clear that Terry genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in running a business built on integrity. Jen, the office manager, was equally wonderful to deal with. She was organized, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening with my vehicle. The workmanship itself was outstanding. Not only was the repair completed exactly as promised, but they actually finished the work sooner than the timeline they originally provided. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was genuinely impressed. The car looked fantastic. The repair work was flawless, and the vehicle had obviously been cleaned and detailed before being returned to me. Opening the door and being greeted by that fresh, detailed car smell was the finishing touch that showed the level of care and attention this team puts into their work. CSN Premier Collision managed to turn what is usually a frustrating experience into an exceptionally positive one. Between the warm and welcoming atmosphere, the friendly office dogs, the outstanding customer service from the receptionist and Jen, Terry’s honesty and professionalism, and the exceptional quality of the repairs, I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hopefully I won’t need collision repairs again anytime soon, but if I ever do, there is absolutely no question where I’ll be taking my vehicle. Brought my car here with some pretty deep scratches on several doors, and was warned that touching them up would make them look better but not erase them. Getting the whole car doors taken off and repainted was not in my budget, so I went for the touch-up option and was offered a very reasonable price. When I got my car back, the marks were almost completely invisible! Their paint guy is a magician. Overall, nice people and great service for a great price.

Such a great place. Terry the owner is super smart, kind and helpful. The CSN designation means that they will honour the repairs for as long as you own it. Too good to be true, however 1.5 years later I was having indicator lights coming up. Since it was related to the repair they looked at it for me and was able to troubleshoot even trying to help me with a warranty issue. The part is over $2000 and because Mazda only has a 1 year warranty and it was 15 months they tried to see if Mazda would do something. No luck but they tried. His team is awesome from the person who drove me to work, Brooklyn and Lisa who I first dealt with and then with Kira and Jennifer (the manager) and Terry. All amazing and kind. As a woman I hate anything to do with car repairs and feeling like you are going to be taken advantage of (and I have) but CSN is AWESOME and honest! Thank-you Terry and team!
