Simplicity Car Care Edmonton North

Sam was exceptionally thorough when going over my car and the damages he was going to correct. He was patient and kind in explanations and was honest with me which is especially nice as a woman that is not vehicle savvy. Lily at the front was also amazing! She helped me through the process and was very friendly. Overall outstanding customer service and the shop is extremely professional, detailed and committed to quality work. My vehicle looks amazing after taking it to simplicity! Wouldn't deal with any other body shop!

Back in December 2024, my husband and I were driving on the Henday heading home from a family member's birthday celebration when we were struck by a stolen vehicle and pushed off the road into snow. Fortunately another driver was following them and called the police, so Air 1 was already following them and apprehended them. Thankfully we were unharmed but we couldn't say the same for our 2019 Subaru Crosstrek, which had significant damage to it (shown in photos below). Our insurance company at the time had Simplicity Care Care North listed as an approved repair facility and we had such a positive experience with Sam, the owner, and his team. Recently our teen was rear-ended by a driver while sitting at a red light (he's also okay, thankfully!) and when I called our new insurance company, I was given some options for approved repair facilities but none of them included Simplicity. I was told I could choose a repair facility of my choice and I advised that I wanted to go back to Sam and his team. Sam remembered us and was so happy to have us back (obviously not under the circumstances) and we couldn't feel better than supporting this awesome business who has gone above and beyond for us not once, but twice! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The results are far above what we expected. The vehicle is like new. It was returned to us in immaculate condition. The staff was courteous, efficient and exceptionally easy to deal with. The insurance companies could learn a few lessons from them. I recommend them without reservation. One person on site commented to me that we chose well and he was so right. Thank you so much.

Following a car accident, I brought my car into this shop. I am impressed by Lily's and Sam's professionalism as they guided me during this stressful event. My car was returned fully repaired and in pristine condition both inside and out, sparkling clean! I was explained all the steps of the repair and was provided pictures of the repair process. Lily advised me on how to get to and from the car rental by using their pick and drop-off service which was so helpful. I am impressed by their work and overall excellent service! Highly recommended 👌
