This shop did a great job fixing our 2023 Suburban. It has a complicated paint. And the first time it was repaired, it didn’t come out right. They held the car and re-did their work so it was right, which was really nice. Final result was great! It was a struggle to figure out final costs, but in the end they were gracious and accommodating. Changed my mind about them.

I got rear ended and my insurance recommended CARSTAR to me for my repairs. Jason and Jacob are absolutely great at their jobs. Very kind, knowledgeable people. I didn’t have an expectation for a timeline for my car to be completed but it was finished much sooner then I thought. Jason, Jacob, and their team did an amazing job. Incredibly accommodating with both major and minor fixes, swift responses, work is done well, and very fair in price. Definitely my first choice should I need repairs in the future.
