FIX AUTO SPRUCE GROVE

Edit: After I left this review, Rob, the AM, reached out to me directly. He was very professional, apologetic and acknowledged my frustrations. Following a fourth visit, Rob ensured that all of the issues with my car were properly addressed. Extremely disappointed with the quality of work and professionalism at Fix Auto Spruce Grove. My vehicle was sent here through my insurance claim, and unfortunately this has turned into a very drawn out, frustrating experience. I have now had to bring my vehicle back to the shop three separate times, and the issues are still not properly resolved. After continuing to notice problems with the repair, I had another auto body shop inspect the work. They were able to identify 13 separate issues where the repair had not been completed properly. These included poor paint finishing, visible defects in the paint, improper blending, a missing panel underneath my vehicle, a huge crack in the plastic of my trunk, early signs of rust forming in areas that were repaired only a few months ago, and overall poor attention to detail. In addition to the poor workmanship, communication with the shop manager was extremely difficult. I sent numerous emails that often went unanswered for days, requiring me to follow up with additional emails or phone calls just to receive a response. In situations where errors have been made, I would expect a manager to be responsive, apologetic, and proactive in resolving the issues. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Jason, whose lack of communication and accountability only added to my frustration. It is clear that this shop was unable to complete the repair to a professional standard.

Fix Auto fixed the side of my suv after a close call this Spring!! Weather was a factor and I needed a deep scratch fixed on my drivers side door… estimate was done and date fixed… they were very accommodating and results, and repair… impeccable! I had two claims well over $8000. Two doors where replaced and rear bumper replaced. The paint blend and all trim was perfectly done. You can't tell this work was done. Very Happy with all the results.

They went above and beyond to get my car out a day early so I didn’t have to fly back to work. I have nothing but good things to say, they were very attentive and the ladies up front were always kind and helpful when I was calling for updates. All the work that was done was also immaculate. 10/10 all around

Was very impressed with the staff at Fix -It auto in spruce grove.They were very courteous, professional and great at communicating. When there was a small issue with my vehicle they were quick to take action and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I truly appreciate how they handled my concerns. It’s awful having an accident but I felt they really take care of their customers and they actually listen which is hard to find these days. Special shoutout to Naomi for being patient and understanding with me when I got a bit tense. I highly recommend Fix-it auto and will definitely use them again if I need to. 5-star service all the way!
