She kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made dealing with the insurance claim effortless. Her communication and customer service were exceptional. When I picked up my Tesla Model Y, I was genuinely impressed. The repair quality was outstanding, the paint matched perfectly, and the vehicle looked like nothing had ever happened. I had a great experience after someone backed into my Volvo in my Parkade at work. From start to finish, the process with seamless and really easy to navigate - they took care of everything and kept things moving efficiently. The turnaround was quick and the quality of work was excellent (thanks, Doug!). My suv looks fantastic - like it never even happened! And it came back clean and shiny. :-)

I was thrilled with Grove. Extremely professional. Large clean shop. They did an amazing job on my body work and went the extra mile to acquire some used parts that they made look like new. I highly recommend!

They had my truck for a month and missed the expected completion date. They called said it was ready just before they closed 4:43pm. I get there and it wouldn’t start. The mechanic had to boost it, which was surprising since I’d never had battery issues before. It was extremely cold (-25°C or colder), yet the truck appeared to have been sitting outside for a long time despite being told at 3:55pm it was just in the wash bay and getting its final inspection just an hour prior to me picking it up.. The next day the truck wouldn’t start again, even with being plugged in, the battery was completely dead. I had to buy a new one out of pocket. On top of that, a dent on the driver’s side was not repaired but still passed their inspection.. I emailed them to document and address my concerns and never received a response. No follow-up and no accountability. Would not recommend this company, extremely poor customer service. Update : Keith did reach out to me and addressed my concerns and booked it in for repair. It looks great now and I really appreciate that he made the situation right!
