This is a really nice facility! Indoor track is awesome! Well maintained and clean.

Everything good except all the table being taken over by all the dad? And Grandpa's I'm hoping they were. Lol no where to sit prices for swimming are ridiculous, 30$ for 2 children and 1 adult?? And just 2dolkars more if it were a family ?? Make it make sense single struggling mother here. Other places have way better spruces for rec centers. Will not go back

What a great place and great admin! I am new to Alberta and my grandson is as well, we stopped at the desk to talk to the lady and she was amazing. She took her time to let us know all the activities he could go to and she wrote them out by hand and took the time needed to inform us of all that was going on. Thank you very much Mabel! You were awesome 🙂

I visited the gym this morning and completed I accidentally went straight upstairs to the gym without checking in first. A manager approached me and informed me that I needed to check in before using the facility, which I understand and respect. my workout before being approached by the manager. I had a disappointing experience at the gym today. I accidentally forgot to check in when I arrived and went upstairs to start my workout. While I understand that checking in is required, I was approached by the manager in the middle of my workout and asked to stop and go downstairs to check in. What upset me was not the rule itself, but the way it was handled. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable being interrupted during my workout and spoken to in a rude and unfriendly manner. Afterward, I was also told there was an issue with a $69 payment, even though I had previously been told by staff that everything was processed correctly and I was good to go. I respect the gym’s policies and would have happily corrected the mistake, but I believe members should be treated with professionalism and respect. Better communication and a more courteous approach would have made this situation much easier to handle.

EXPENSIVE. POOR STAFF. ALWAYS CLOSED. DO BETTER BEAUMONT. YOU CHARGE ALMOST 70$ FOR A MEMBERSHIP BUT ARE CLOSED 75% OF THE TIME. THEN CLOSED WHEN ITS NON STOP RAINING? JUST TURN THE WATER OFF. Gym has absolutely no effect. I pay way to much money for this.
