Had a really great experience with the YThrive program at the YMCA. Eden was honestly the highlight. She just has this way of making you feel comfortable and supported without it ever feeling forced. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it shows in how she shows up for people. I also saw some amazing results, and a big part of that was her support and consistency throughout. Super grateful I got to be part of it—and even more grateful for Eden.

Eden has been an amazing at YThrive Coach@William Lutsky for my 19 Year old son. Before working with her, my son was not using the Gym as much, but with Eden’s support, encouragement, and positive attitude, I have seen a real change in him for the better. She is kind, patient, motivating, and truly cares about the youth she works with. My son feels more encouraged and confident, and as a parent, I am very grateful for the impact she has had on him. I've had such a great experience training with Eden at the YMCA. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to explain proper technique and the reasoning behind each exercise. What really sets Eden apart is her positive attitude and energy. She's always in a great mood, genuinely encouraging, and knows exactly how to motivate you to push a little further while making every session enjoyable. No matter how I'm feeling when I arrive, I always leave feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired. If you're looking for a trainer who is professional, supportive, and truly invested in helping you reach your goals, I can't recommend Eden highly enough!

My kids always have a good time here! Front desk staff are usually nice and efficient, and the kid instructor Eliza is very kind and answered all my inquiries. Love the pool

I have been a YMCA plus member for decades. Recently, I have found a wonderful individual, who is a volunteer, who is very dedicated to her work. Her name is Eden. Eden , with her sweet smile, I found her always doing something in the gym, cleaning and rearranging gym stuff or showing people how to use the machines. She will be always try to give some orientation to the new members making them more comfortable and motivated. Thank you Eden for being so nice to all of us.
