I've trained clients at Iron 24 for a while now, and I honestly can't say enough good things about this gym. Dennis and Marti are wonderful owners who have built something special there, a welcoming, supportive community where everyone feels comfortable, no matter their experience level. One of the things I appreciate most is the atmosphere. The gym is never overcrowded, which means you can actually focus on your workout without waiting around for equipment or feeling cramped. Even better, there are no big egos here. People are respectful, friendly, and genuinely there to improve themselves. As a trainer, having a space where my clients feel at ease and excited to train has been invaluable. The environment Dennis and Marti have created makes it easy for people to stay consistent and enjoy the process. If you're looking for a clean, well-equipped gym with an amazing community and owners who truly care, Iron 24 is an easy 5-star recommendation.

An amazing, small and cozy gym that's definitely a hidden gem. Yes, it's not as big as the big name gym franchises you hear of, but I think that's what stands out about it. It's not tiny, and it has a variety of great machines, equipment and weights. I've never had to wait for a machine and it's never felt packed or crowded even at peak evening hours, etc. I also love that it's a 24 hour gym, so I can come work out any time. A huge bonus is the added security at the door, where you need a membership and a QR code from the membership to scan and enter. The dress code is also great, because I'm sure I'm not the only one whose gotten really tired of seeing tiny sports bras and micro shorts or very revealing muscle shirts/shirtless people at the gym. People are here to work out hard, not spend the entire time scrolling on their phones or hogging machines or taking selfies. There's 2 gender neutral washrooms with a shower inside one and I found the bathrooms to be clean and spacious. There's no locker or change room, mind you, but a small curtained off area in a corner to change in and a row of cubbys for your things and outdoor shoes. The owner is also extremely sweet, super helpful and friendly. Any time I had any questions or concerns, I sent a text and he'd get back to me super quick. Freezing my membership while I was also on vacation was a breeze, no questions asked. Basically, this gym does everyone a larger gym has never provided for me, which is why I switched to working out here full time. 💗

Don’t get me wrong it’s not a massive brand name gym but for its size and location the equipment selection is pretty decent. Came through for me in a pinch when my normal gym was closed. Good spot to drop in when needed. Owners super nice.

Went to the gym with my 15 year old daughter today after midnight. The passcode didnt work the day before but atlast we never had a problem getting in today. Equipments are all clean and the ambiance is great! Overall, my 15 year old and I enjoyed the gym! We will keep on coming back for sure while we are in town! We are from the North passing by Edmonton heading to Banff.

This is my favourite gym. The equipment is new and there is lots of weights. It’s never busy when I’m there. Great parking and generally a helpful attitude of everyone I see working out. There is no staff on site but the owner is quick to answer questions or solve issues. Safe, friendly, clean and 24 hours.
