I just left this store and had to write a review! I had the best time at my eye exam and picking out my new glasses. The ladies there were incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. They walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and truly went above and beyond to help me. Plus we’re the nicest ever!! I can’t thank you all enough ❤️

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Salome. She was very kind, patient, and gentle with my child during the eye exam. She made my child feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. We really appreciated how professional and friendly she was. getting new prescription glasses from Bailey Nelson (Southgate) was such a great experience! staff were kind and knowledgeable, and especially helpful in getting me a second pair of glasses after I had regrets over not bundling at my initial purchase. pick up was so quick and easy, both pairs were adjusted to fit me perfectly, and I am so happy and excited about my two new sets of glasses. I will definitely be back again and am absolutely going to refer family and friends to this location!! :)

They even offered a satisfaction guarantee on the progressives, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. For the quality of both the acetate frames and the specialized lenses, the price point was much more reasonable than other boutiques I’ve visited. Haramol made my shopping experience so fun at the Southgate location!! I’m an indecisive shopper, and he took the time to grab a bunch of different frames to try different things. I valued his feedback because it was honest and I knew he wouldn’t steer me in the wrong direction. He seemed genuinely excited to help me find something I loved, and made it his mission to help me find an additional pair of sunglasses when I was in the store this afternoon. He was supportive and didn’t make me feel rushed, either. As someone who works in customer service as well, I know how rare it is to have someone like this on a team. Cheers to Haramol!!
