I highly recommend Londonderry Vision Centre and their amazing team! Every time I need an appointment, they always try to fit me in quickly, and I never have to wait long when I arrive — they respect your scheduled time, which I truly appreciate. The doctor is very professional, kind, and always gives helpful recommendations without making you feel rushed. The staff are incredibly caring and responsive as well. I once lost my prescription, called them, and they kindly prepared a new copy for me to pick up with no problems at all. They make the whole experience easy and comfortable, and they also work with insurance, which is a huge help. You can really tell they care about their patients. Thank you to the whole team for your kindness and professionalism! 💙
Literally the best clinic i have ever went to. The staff is very kind, and on task. The clinic is very organized and clean! Dr.Ramahi is unbelievably kind as well! i was having a bad day and had a quick conversation with him and he was so jolly and sweet which made my day! honestly one of the happiest people i have ever had a conversation with! 10/10 service and the energy in this clinic is amazing, if you need a eye exam make sure you come to this clinic, you wont regret it!
Dr. Ramahi is an outstanding optometrist. He is professional, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The service was excellent from start to finish, and the pricing was very reasonable. I felt well cared for throughout my visit and would highly recommend Dr. Ramahi to anyone looking for quality eye care.
Dr. Ramahi is very supportive of my concerns and is able to explain what is happening with my eyes. He offers solutions that suit my needs. As well, his staff is quick to offer assistance with choosing frames and recommending lenses.
Dr. Ramahi is the best eyes doctor I ever know. He showed great care and prescribed the suitable lenses to improve and correct my specific eyes sight problems .
